I chose the discount as it's a significant amount ($17.30) and I ordered the deluxe edition and I made sure that even though I chose this option that I was never going to lose out on getting a working code in the future.
I spoke with him, explained what happened, and he told me that there's only three options:ġ.) I can send the game back and they can send me another game with another code.ģ.) They can give me a discount for the trouble I'm going through with not being able to use the code. I contacted Amazon chat support online, they couldn't really help me out so they sent me to the game support who gave me a call.
I'd like to add an update on what happened to me, what I found, and somewhat of a resolution through Amazon.
